View Hours FITNESS CENTER AT IMMERSION SPA Located on the 33rd floor exclusively for The Water Club guests is the Fitness Center at Immersion, featuring the latest cardio and strength machines from Techno Gym with panoramic views of Atlantic City and the shore. As of Monday, March 8 (at 2:30 PM) MGM Grand Detroit is currently well under capacity. There is no wait to enter the casino. Recommended hours for customers in high risk groups are Monday to Friday, 6am to 9am (based on hours with the lowest expected business volumes). From the front desk, begin walking straight through the casino and bear right after The Lobby Bar. Walk straight toward the KA Theatre and then take a right toward The District.

As you walk down a quiet, skylit pathway to the spa, you’ll feel as though you’re entering another world far away from the rest of the resort.
The 29,000-square-foot spa is decorated in warm, neutral colors with rock walls, wood accents and Asian-inspired themes.
For guests who want to exercise before their treatment, the spa offers a fitness center overlooking the pool. The fitness center has weight equipment and a complete line of cardio equipment including state-of-the-art treadmills with flat-screen panel TVs built into the consoles.
